Allow user to change company country in the settings menu

LicenceOne currently decides which number formatting to use based on the country that a user is located in. However, we don't allow users to change that country after they have completed the onboarding process. This feature would allow users to head to their company settings section and change their country, with the goal of allowing them to change the number formatting that is displayed.
