Add a user role so they only see their own / their teams applications

This feedback item would, depending on user feedback, allow administrators to invite users with a custom access level for what applications they can view; which should be either: Users can view all applications Users is limited to view applications that are in their assigned team Users is limited to view applications where they are assigned as an employee
