Move transactions when I request a new app

When I am assigning transactions to an application that LicenceOne doesn't index yet, I need to go back to the old application and reassign transactions after my application request has been reviewed. The best case would be that once a member of the LicenceOne team accepts my application request, the transactions are moved too.
