Make modal action buttons sticky

We discovered a small interface error where action buttons on modals such as "Add a new data source" and the "New employees detected" popups aren't immediately viewable for users on small viewports. This feature sets to make those buttons sticky and always viewable, whereas the content will be scrollable.
