Wave goodbye to @all messages in #general and farewell to mass emails prompting your team to activate the LicenceOne browser extension. We've made things a whole lot easier! You can now invite the entire team to install the suitable extension for their browser in just three clicks. Magic, right? 🎩✨
Simply head to your browser extension settings, select the users you want to invite, then hit the “Send invite” button. Voila!
But wait, there's more in store.
We've thrown in a few extra perks in this update to make your browser extension deployment a breeze:
Exciting expansion news! We're all about making LicenceOne work for 100% of your applications, which means we need to cover 100% of the browser market. We're thrilled to let you know that our browser extension now supports Firefox! 🚀
This is a big step in the right direction, boosting our market coverage to about 86% of the global desktop browser market.
Oh, and don't worry - Safari is on our radar! Stay tuned for more updates coming your way. 😉
You asked, and we listened! One of our most highly requested features is now live for all LicenceOne users.
You can now tag applications with multiple categories, custom labels, or really, anything that aligns with your business needs. To start tagging, simply navigate to the application of interest and click on the 'tags' section located on the left-hand side of your screen. Happy tagging!
Reassign transactions
feature: now when you reassign transactions to an application previously marked as Free
, LicenceOne will automatically update its payment status type field to Paid
.
In today's update, we've revamped how you can label application statuses. Gone are the days of just Tracked and Untracked. Now, you can customize statuses to better suit your needs. Want a Must have
status? Consider it done. How about an Unauthorized label
? No problem.
Additionally, we've introduced a Newly detected application status. This will automatically be assigned to every new application that pops up in your workspace. Just use the filter in the application section to quickly see what's new and demands your attention.
Active users
to the renewals listGreat news! Adding an application to your LicenceOne workspace just got a whole lot easier. We've jazzed up our search algorithm to show you more relevant results—and faster! Ready to give it a whirl? Just click Add an application
in the top-right corner of your applications section and see the improvement for yourself. 🚀

LicenceOne can now automatically detect software spend from your supplier invoices and expenses, saving you time and eliminating errors. Gain insights, make data-driven decisions, and bolster your bottom line.
Note: to add accounting software, you must not have any other financial data source already synchronized (bank account or PayPal).

Introducing LicenceOne's referral program!
Now you can earn 25% of the monthly/yearly subscription value for each user you refer to LicenceOne (up to $1000 per user).
What's more, each person referred will also get 30% off their first 12 months subscription LicenceOne.
To get started, simply head to your LicenceOne workspace and share your unique signup link available on the bottom-left of the interface.

Now, when switching to a live interface, new users will fall into a flow where we help them set up each step of their accounts to get them started as quickly as possible.
Oh, and what's more, we've also optimized the onboarding process for users that install the LicenceOne browser extension for the first time.
Now you can use the power of LicenceOne to search through your receipts and supplier invoices stored in Sellsy.
Simply head to the Data sources section of your interface, and click the Add a data source
button on the top-right. Once linked, LicenceOne will begin searching for all the different spend you've logged in your Sellsy account and update your LicenceOne interface each morning.
Please note: LicenceOne only permits one type of financial data source (bank account or accounting software) to be actively monitored at once. To add Sellsy to your account, you must not have any other bank accounts or accounting software actively monitored by LicenceOne.

With LicenceOne's Slack integration users will now receive alerts each time we detect a new paid application that doesn't have a manager assigned.
What's more, once a manager has been assigned to a new paid application, LicenceOne will also send them a DM in Slack requesting them to add extra information (like the renewal date, assigned team, billing cycle and so on).
