Role-Based Access Control 🙅‍♂️🪩

Hello again, LicenceOne users! We've got some fresh updates to share that we hope will make your application management process even more streamlined. Let's take a peek at what we've been cooking up in our tech kitchen! 🍲💻 First off, we're rolling out Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). This will give you an extra layer of control over what individual users can do within your LicenceOne environment. It's a bit like being a bouncer at the entrance of a club, only you're managing access to application management tasks, not a dance floor. 💪🎧 We also noticed a hiccup where some users were getting stuck on an empty offboarding step. We've fixed it, so you can proceed offboarding without any sudden pauses. Other improvements & changes: Fixed a pesky 500 error that was popping up when fetching amortization settings just after a user being registered. Corrected an issue where the employee amount wasn't being updated after month 12 for a yearly subscription. Now, counts will be accurate no matter your subscription type. Limited interaction (hover) on the Status select for non-admin roles on the licence overview page. This brings more structure and clarity to roles and responsibilities within the system. Enhanced offboarding settings, now employees without any licences nor assigned as manager will not be allowed to offboard. We never stop working to make LicenceOne better for you.
